Registration is here again for our annual retreat "Knit.Up North". I had to do a lot of reflecting to ultimately come to the deecision to hold the retreat again. And now I'm so excited to bring to you a refeshed version of our annual retreat. Although I did contemplate some alternate locations, I concluded that we will continue at Pheasant Park Resort. I did adjust the dates slightly in order to accommodate some other important events in the fiber community.

Below I have listed a sample agenda. This agenda is very much subject to change as I adjust to number of attendees and work with my partners.

This year we will have a theme of "magic" and focus on the magic of winter, crafting and gathering.

At this time registration is only open to last year's attendees. If you'd like to foward this email to someone who wants to join, please free.

Make sure to note who would like to room with in the notes. Public registration will open to the public mid August.

SAMPLE AGENDA - This is just a rough idea. Nothing is mandatory. I'm just giving a bit of idea how what I, personally, do at this retreat, but everyone is free to do their own thing or join in what I might be doing. The resort is pretty big and you can easily do indoor walks through the hall, and I encourage you to enjoy the pool, the fireplace in the lobby and all the amenities.

Your room has a full kitchen and living room.

 

DAY ONE: THURSDAY January 21

3:00pm Check in

3:00pm - 10pm (ish) Open Knit in the Conference Room with winter cocktails

 

 

DAY TWO: FRIDAY January 22

8:00am-10:00pm Open Knit in conference room

10:00 Morning Yoga

1:00 pm Journaling and Planner Workshop

10:00am - 5:00pm Marketplace open (w/ a break for lunch)

 

6:00 PM Soup Swap

7:00pm Mystery games

 

DAY THREE: SATURDAY January 23

8:00am -10:00pm Open Knit in conference room

9am Hike at the Clearing Folk School

10:00am - 5:00pm Marketplace open (break for lunch)

1:00PM - Stitch Marker making working

7:00pm Pie Party with Sweetie Pies's - Fashion Show - Raffles - Games

 

DAY FOUR: SUNDAY January 24

8:00am - 10:00am Open Knit in Conference Room

11:00am Check Out 

 

 

Cancellation Policy: You will be able to get a refund (minus a $25 processing fee) if you need to cancel until December 20, 2026. After December 20, 2026 we are not able to offer any type of refund for any reason. The retreat goes on regardless of weather. We will not be cancelling or giving refunds for weather conditions.
