SHIPPING

We ship via USPS flat rate shipping. Most orders ship the next business day. Holidays and inclement weather may delay your shipment. We do not ship outside the United States.

RETURNS

All sales through this website are final and shall not be subject to return or refund, except that (1) unused yarn in its original condition, unwound and in its original packaging may be exchanged within thirty (30) days after purchase. (2) Classes will be refunded if a request is made 10 days before the first class date. Only 1 class per calendar per customer can be refunded. All permitted refunds shall be in the form of payment of a credit to the original card used used for payment. All returned items must be shipped, via USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number, at the customer's sole cost and expense, to the following address:
