Learn to expand your sock knitting skills with a basic top down sock pattern with an easy and squishy stitch pattern added in for fun.

SKILLS NEEDED: knitting, purling, decreasing, basic experience with small circumference knitting (magic loop or DPNs)

SKILLS LEARNED: pattern reading, fixing mistakes in pattern, measuring for a good fit, knitting a heel, picking up stitches, kitchener stitch, sock care, weaving in ends

CLASS DATES: April 9, 16, 23 // Tuesdays // 6pm - 8pm

COST: $ 60, plus class supplies listed below. All supplies purchased at Cream City Yarn for this class will receive a 10% discount.

SUPPLIES TO PURCHASE BEFORE CLASS BEGINS:

Yarn:
1 - skein (100g) of fingering weight sock yarn (avoid dark colors)
Optional - 1 mini skein (20g) in a contrasting color for cuff/toe/heel

Needles & Notions:
1 US 1/ 2.25 mm 32in circular needle
tapestry needle, scissors, tape measure/ruler & stitch markers

Classes and workshops require a minimum of 3 students. An emailed notification of cancellation will be sent 3 days before the class if the minimum is not met. In the case of shop cancellations, all registered students will be refunded the class registration fee. A refund of the class registration fee will be issued if you cancel 14 days prior to class start date. Student cancellations, missed classes, or no-shows cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. All classes require an up-to-date Covid-19 vaccination to participate.
