Stitchable stocking ornaments make a great handmade gift and can even be used as gift tags. Gift one to a crafty friend or keep it for yourself.  The holes in each ornament are left unstitched so you can embroider two initials using a needle and yarn or embroidery floss. The possibilities for how to adorn these little stockings are limitless.   

The Stocking Ornament Kit includes:

• 1 unstitched Stocking Ornament blank

• 7" length of cotton cord to use for hanging your ornament

• 1 size 24 tapestry needle

• 3 colors of embroidery floss (with a total of 6 yards of thread).  Each kit contains red, white, and green

• Felt backing for hiding your stitches

When writing on your Stocking, Ultra Fine Point Sharpie markers or Micron markers work great.  Thicker Sharpies or other non-permanent markers may feather or bleed on the grain of the wood.  (Markers are not included).
